ECM sponsored at the Bronze Level, another successful Association of State Dam Safety Officials National Conference held Sept. 21-25 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California! This four day event featured reputable guest speakers, meet and greets, workshops, exhibits, luncheons and more. This annual conference is a leading conference in the United States devoted to dam safety engineering and technology. Executive Vice President, Babak Naghavi, P.E., Ph.D., P.H. represented ECM at this years conference.
