ECM Consultants is a minority-owned, full-service engineering, architectural, and construction management firm. ECM is licensed as an Engineering, Architectural, and Construction Management firm in Louisiana and as an Engineering firm in Mississippi and Texas. Established in 1995, the firm has provided professional services for over 750 various types of projects for local, state, and federal agencies.
Many of ECM’s professional staff include engineers registered in several states. Our staff includes Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Water Resources Engineers; Architects; Construction Managers; Construction Quality Assurance Inspectors; CAD Technicians; and Administrative Support Staff.
