ECM Appoints New CEO, Mr. Kazem Alikhani, P.E.
ECM is pleased to announce the addition of Kazem Alikhani, P.E. to our team as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He joins us with 34 successful years at Jefferson Parish.
Mr. Alikhani's years as Public Works Director will provide ECM a distinctive opportunity to improve infrastructure in our region. As director, he was responsible for overseeing nine departments under the Public Works organization including Drainage, Sewerage, Water, Streets, Engineering, Capital Projects, Parkways, Floodplain Management and Hazard Mitigation, and Environmental Affairs. Mr. Alikhani brings to ECM extensive experience and education including a M.S. in Engineering with a concentration in Civil Engineering, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans. His education and experience will enhance our company by continuing to provide planning, engineering, architectural and construction management services to our clients.
