ECM Consultants, Inc. hosted our annual Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 7th, organized by our very own Marilyn Zoller, who has been a dedicated employee for 13 years now!
Our Annual Crawfish Boil and Fish Fry is always full of great food, such as jambalaya, fried fish, shrimp, and crawfish, awesome people, DJ and karaoke, and a doughnut eating contest (kids pictured, but adults sure did play!)
