The 2013 Civil Engineering Conference was held September 25-26 at the Pontchartrain Center. ECM sponsored the Ice Breaker session for this annual event, which brings in over 600 design and construction professionals. In attendance were ECM employees Chris Maniscalco, P.E., Sunina Shrestha, P.E., and Kristi Sanford, P.E.
