ECM Annual Crawfish Boil
ECM held its Annual Crawfish Boil at the main office in Metairie on Saturday, May 12. The event was attended by employees and their families as well as local council members, various clients, and business representatives from the engineering community. Despite the rainy weather forecasted, the turnout was great and guests were able to relax and enjoy crawfish, jambalaya, and music. This year the food was prepared by ECM employee, Brad Bertucci.
ECM's first crawfish boil was held in 2004. This springtime tradition is one that is anticipated year round. This year will mark the first time ECM has hosted a crawfish boil in Baton Rouge for our new office and its employees. The Baton Rouge boil was held Friday, May 18 from 4:30 to 7:30 at the Catholic Deaf Center.
